Payment Policies
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash. The credit card used to reserve the room and your identification must be presented at check-in. If the credit card holder is different than the registered guest, we will require authorization from the cardholder prior to check-in. We use a credit card authorization agreement form for this purpose. The required information must be received by the hotel prior to guest check-in, in order for the third party credit card to be accepted for payment.
Check-In / Check-Out
Reception Desk hours for check-in are between 3 P.M. and 10 P.M.
Early check-in is offered based on availability. Late arrivals can be accommodated by calling ahead on your arrival date before 10 P.M.
Check-Out is 11:00 A.M. For early departures the Check-out desk will be available at 6:00 A.M. If a guest has a scheduled departure prior to 6:00 A.M. they will need to settle their account the evening before their early departure.
Non-Smoking
Club Del Mar adheres to Costa Rican Law which prohibits smoking in condos, hotel rooms, attached balconies, and patios, including all public areas.
Pets
No pets allowed.
Best Resort for Families
Families traveling with children are welcome at Club Del Mar Costa Rica. Please note that we cannot add additional beds such as a “roll-away” to guestrooms. When making your reservation, be sure to book a room that has the bedding arrangement you need. We can provide a portable crib to any guestroom upon request.
